Live Oak Villa lounges in the shade of our gorgeous Georgia State Tree, the Live Oak.  Designed by renowned architect Keith Summerour, Live Oak Villa is one of our largest beach homes, complete with elevator and private courtyard with plunge pool. She is perfect for families who enjoy having two living areas. Adults can enjoy the great room on 3rd floor while children or teens have their own den on the third floor with the 3 guest bedrooms. 

Live Oak Villa is perfect for families with elderly members with an elevator to every floor. The great room with kitchen, dining area and living room  and great room are on the third floor. 3 bedrooms and den on second floor, and Owner's Suite onthe top floor. Roof deck offers a splendid view of the splendid marshes which are abundant with wildlife and natural beauty.

Live Oak Villa is in a charming community with a brick street leading to the beach, pavilion and two community pools.

Living at Live Oak is like a Swiss Family Robinson experience. There are numerous decks on all levels nestled into these beautiful Live Oaks. In this respect, Live Oak Villa is in a class all its own! Children and adults love the privacy of being nestled in the shady Oaks.

We require:
- a weekly minimum in Summer, Saturday to Saturday and GA/FL,
- a 3 day minimum in Fall, Winter and Spring,
