Villa de Suenos Weddings and Special Events

We have two ocean front venues from which to choose for your wedding or special event. These properties offer some of the most beautiful event settings on St. Simons Island, Sea Island or Jekyll Island.

We offer a fabulous catering service with Halyards Catering. When you go through us, you save 5% off the regular rate!

Our full service event planning and design team offers unparalleled client services for weddings, celebrations, private events and more. Whether it’s an elegant affair or a charming sea-side ceremony, a chic celebration or a sophisticated soiree, we will make certain that it is an event like no other!

For large groups of up to 200 guests, we offer the Villa de Suenos. For groups of up to 50, we offer Beach Lawn Cottage.

Villa de Suenos Events

There is no fee for an event at the Villa during the summer season. We require a full week stay in summer - Saturday to Saturday.

During the other seasons, hosting an event at the Villa comes with 4 nights of use and costs $8900.00 plus tax and $250.00 cleaning fee.

The Villa can host a formal sit down dinner for 200. Inclement weather options are also available with the Villa.

Beach Lawn Cottage Events

Events at Beach Lawn require a full week rental in summer and a three night rental during other seasons, plus the following fees:

Up to 25 guests $1500
26 to 50 guests $2500

Event Planning/Coordination Services

We offer Full-Service Coordination for your special event. With the initial consultation, we will help determine your needs based on your budget and timeline.

Services include:

Initial client meeting
Vendor selection/face to face meetings/quotes/recommendations
   (including caterers, florists, wedding ceremony music, reception/cocktail music, etc.)
Ground transportation for wedding ceremony/reception if needed
Guest Accommodations
Design/development/color, theme, décor
Creation and delivery of room gifts for guests
Favor concept/creation
Weekend Event schedule/logistics of the weekend to vendors
Coordination/Timeline on Event day

While these are just some of the responsibilities we cover, we are happy to offer any other assistance you many need to make your event successful.
