We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. There are four methods of shipment available: Small Parcel, Truck Freight-Back of Truck, Truck Freight-Threshold and White Glove Platinum In Home Delivery. Our quoted shipping costs include shipping via Small Parcel and Truck Freight-Back of Truck ONLY. We have explained each of the shipping methods below.
SMALL PARCEL - When possible, smaller, lighter items are shipped via UPS, FEDEX, DHL and USPS. Please note the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person.
TRUCK FREIGHT-BACK OF TRUCK - Many items are too large or too heavy to ship via a Small Parcel carrier, and a common carrier is required. You will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule delivery. When an item is shipped Truck Freight-Back of Truck you are responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck to the location of your choice. When ordering a large item, please be certain you have enough people to unload the item. WHEN ITEMS ARE SHIPPED TRUCK FREIGHT YOU MUST INSPECT PACKAGE AT TIME OF DELIVERY. IF THE BOX HAS APPARENT DAMAGE OR YOU ARE CONCERNED FOR SOME REASON THERE MAY BE DAMAGE, PLEASE INDICATE "PRODUCT DAMAGED" ON THE SHEET YOU ARE ASKED TO SIGN.
TRUCK FREIGHT-THRESHOLD - Same as Truck Freight (see above). The difference is the carrier will deliver the order to your threshold such as garage or front door for residential deliveries, or unload on the loading dock for commercial. Please advise when ordering that you desire Threshold delivery. We will email the tracking information so you may contact the carrier directly to arrange for any additional services. You are responsible for paying the carrier directly for any additional services. (Assembly services are not available and carrier will not carry item into home or business).
WHITE GLOVE PLATINUM IN-HOME DELIVERY- Provides in home delivery and light set-up (no electrical or component hook-up). Shipper will remove and dispose of packaging. Please contact us for a quote.
