"As large as Manhattan, with more than 14,000 year-round residents - and no more than 10 traffic lights - St. Simons is the Golden Isles' most complete resort destination.  Accelerated development has failed to spoil the natural beauty of the island's regal live oaks, beaches and salt marshes.

Visits are highlighted by swimming, sunning, golfing, biking, hiking, horseback riding, touring historic sites and feasting on fresh local seafood at more than 50 restaurants."
Fodor's New Edition 2002

THE ISLAND
St. Simons Island is a part of the Golden Isles group off the coast of Georgia. We are about an hour south of Savannah and an hour north of Jacksonville, Florida by car, but are very different from Florida in both landscape and activities. Our beauty has captured the attention of the world by hosting the 2004 G-8 Summit of world leaders, the wedding of John Kennedy at next door Cumberland Island, Coastal Living Magazine's 2003 Idea house, the annual UBS Cup Golf Tournament and many celebrities and Fortune 500 CEOs who maintain second homes on the islands.

St. Simon's streets are canopied with century old Live Oaks draped with Spanish moss. You will not find go-kart parks, arcades lining the streets, nor teens drag racing down our streets.

We are an island for the family and for those who like to play. Come build castles on our beaches and jog among our dunes. You can feel safe when your children ride their bikes down to the pier on our bike paths. Sports enthusiasts will find 234 holes of golf waiting, horse back riding, kayaking, on-shore and offshore fishing and sailing. Special golf rates await our guests. If antiquing is your passion, we have many high quality shops with special finds.

Fresh seafood is a feast and we'll even buy the wine when you dine with us at our favorite local restaurant!

Please view our Play page on our web site for some of our favorite activities.

THE HOMES
We are selective about the homes we manage and only offer the very best of  St. Simons Island. These spectacular beach houses all have gorgeous ocean views and exquisite décor. They are unquestionably the jewels of the community and coast.

We have homes from three to twelve bedrooms and from 2000 to over 5500 square feet and can sleep up to 30 guests in a home. Most rise many stories above the sand and have roof decks that let you see for miles. All of our homes are privately owned with interiors that could grace the pages of Architectural Digest. Of course, even the most upscale home in our group will make your family feel comfortable and special.

These are homes for those of you with the most discriminating taste who will settle for nothing but the best!
